About Our Products
All of our artwork is delivered digitally. This means no shipping, no waiting, and instant access to your files after purchase. Because of the downloadable nature of our products, we're not able to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.
That said, we want you to feel good about your purchase. If something's not right, just reach out. We're happy to help!
When We Can Offer a Refund
We'll gladly issue a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong file
- The file is broken or won't open
- There was a technical issue on our side
- You were charged twice by mistake
If you're not sure whether your case qualifies, reach out. We're real humans and we'll do our best to make it right.
How to Get Help
If you run into a problem, just let us know:
- Reach out within as soon as possible
- Include your order number and a quick note about what went wrong
- We'll get back to you within 1 to 2 business days (usually much faster!)
In most cases, we'll resend or fix the file first. If we can't fix the issue, we'll issue a refund back to your original payment method.
Friendly Reminder
Since our art is made to download, we can't offer refunds for things like changing your mind or picking the wrong size. But don't worry. We try to make every listing super clear, and we're always here to answer questions before you buy.
